HUMAN BIRTH

Ahmad Rashad McCullough was born July 17, 1977 in Palestine, Texas.  He was the son of Bobbie A. McCullough and the late W.C. Denman.  Rashad was reared here in Crockett, TX. with his mother and siblings.  He later moved to Lufkin TX, with his mother and younger brother Terrance.

SPIRITUAL BIRTH

Rashad was baptized into the family of Christ at an early age. He confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior at St Luke Baptist Church. He continued to work out his soul salvation at Friendship Baptist Church.

LIFE

Rashad was full of life, he always had a way of drawing people to him. He was our protector; he loved each and every one of his children. His personality was like a ray of the sunshine that lit up the room once he walked through the doors. He never met a stranger. He loved his horses and the farm life. His hobbies were basketball, baseball, being a Cowboy and a comedian.  One of his last comedy sayings to his mother the day before his passing, after a long day of working with horses he called his mother and said, " My feet hurt me so bad, if I could trade these feet in for some plastic feet I would right now ". Yet his feet were comforted when he wore his special boots given to him by his "Big Mama" Lureen. Rashad loved ALL his family, and he had a special bond with his aunt Delois Cooper aka Sugarmama. "Yet this may have caught us by surprise! God makes no mistakes. We will Praise God for the life of Rashad." John 8:7
