McQueen of Grovton, Texas, formerly of Goodrich, Texas, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the CHI St. Luke Memorial Helath Center in Lufkin, Texas.

Albennie McQueen was born on June 20, 1928 to Frank and Mandy McCarty-McQueen in Goodrich, Texas. She was the last of three children.
Albennie was raised in Groveton, Texas and attend school in Groveton.
Albennie accepted Christ early in life and united with the Church of The Living God PGT. She later joined Rose Hill Baptist Church.
On June 14, 2018, in Lufkin, Texas, Albennie left this earth on the Wings of Angels. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Frank and Mandy McQueen; Daughter: Mary McQueen; Grandson: Marcus McQueen; Granddaughter: Tiffany Washington and Daughter-n-Law: Deloise McQueen.
Albennie is survived by Two Sons: Ezra (Judy) Hamilton, Jr. and Mark McQueen, both of Groveton, Texas; Four Daughters: Cecelia McQueen and Debra Taylor, both of Groveton, Texas, Sonja (Douglas) Debose of Houston, Texas and Jennie (Willie) Horace of Groveton, Texas; Two Brothers: James McQueen and Esque Phipps; Thirteen Grandchildren; Twenty-Three great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
