Alma Jones Johnson made her final transition on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 9:45am.  She was born in Angels City, Philippines on March 7, 1967.  The first daughter of three children born to Alvin G. and Aurora M. Jones.

Alma's Christian experience included Catholic Church in the Philippines and Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Centerville, Texas.

In her early years, Alma attended Catholic schools in the Philippines and graduated from Belmont High School in Los Angeles, California.  With a passion and love for children, Alma worked as a teaching assistant at Primrose Day Care Center.

Later in life, Alma moved to Texas where she met and married the love of her life Raymond B. Johnson.

Together they joined in fellowship with Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church building eternal bonds of love and friendship with countless members of their community.

Alma leaves to celebrate her life a devoted husband, Raymond B. Johnson; three children: Ashley Cortex, Adrianna Jones, of Vancouver, Canada and Aaron Clark of Seabrook, TX; a twin brother Alvin (Nancy) Jones, of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Angelica Jones, of Manila, Philippines; loving father-in-law, Ordry (Doris) Johnson, of Houston, TX; two nephews, Angel Jones, of Los Angeles, CA, and Anthony Labrusca, of Manila, Philippines; and one niece, Keziah Blue Jones, of Vancouver, Canada; and a host of family, friends, and not to be forgotten canine companions.
