While under the Pastorage of the late Rev. O. J. Spruiells at Warren Chapel A.M.E. , Mrs. Anna Mae Sillemon served God in a plethora of roles within the church. After her transition, she remained steadfast in her role on the stewardess board. Mrs. Anna Mae Sillemon, along with Mrs. Addie Carter and Peggy Brackens, served as a Pastoral Aide under the leadership of Rev. Joan Nickerson. She continued those roles until the Lord called her home from Labor to Reward on June 18, 2017 .
