Obituary for Bobby Jack Walding
On December 11, 1954 in Palestine, Texas, John A. and Effie Jewel Armstrong Walding became the proud parents of a sweet baby boy whom they named Bobby Jack Walding. Bobby was the youngest of four children.
Bobby Jack attended and graduated from Palestine High School in 1973.
Bobby met and married Cheryl Elaine Hasty June 3, 1977 and to this union, one son was born.
Bobby worked as an overhead crane operator. He worked for Nucor Steel for 30 years.
On November 7, 2014 in Palestine, Texas, Bobby Jack Walding left this earth on the wings of angels. He was preceded in death by his father, John A. Walding and his sister, Peggy Lively.
Those left behind to cherish his loving memory:
Spouse, Cheryl Walding of Palestine, Texas; Mother, Effie Walding of Palestine, Texas; Son, Josh Walding of Austin, Texas; Brother, Johnny (Jean) Walding of Palestine, Texas; Sister, Judy (Bruce) Glover of Tikki Island, Texas; Nieces: Brittany (Rusty) Boyd, Tammie Hasty, Christa Smith, Kelley (Mike) Odom and Lindsey Glover; Nephews: Jarrod (Julie) Hasty, Colin Hasty, Chris (Debbie) Walding, Dwayne (Michelle) Walding, Brian (Leslie) Glover and Wyatt Boyd; Numerous Great nieces and Great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
