Obituary for Dave Daniels, Sr.
Dave Daniels, Sr. was born on November 27, 1952 in Oakwood, Texas to parents Charlie and Etra Mae Anzley Daniels. He was their third children.
Dave was raised in Oakwood, Texas and attended school at Dunbar High and Oakwood School.
He accepted Christ early in life and united with Pilgrim Rest Community Church.
Dave worked as a truck driver and also did farm and ranch work.
On February 10, 2015 in Houston, Texas, Dave left this earth on the Wings of Angels. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Etra Mae Daniels; siblings, Walter Daniels, Charlie James Daniels, Bessie Daniels Carey, Lela Daniels, Dorothy Owens, Florine Day and George Daniels.
Loving survivors include: two sons, Dave Jr. (Andrea) Daniels, Palestine, TX, David Daniels, Mexia, Texas; two daughters, Lula Mae Daniels and Cheri Daniels; special grandson, Dorian Daniels, Palestine, TX, three other grandchildren; two brothers, Lonell (Dorothy) Daniels, Sr., Oakwood, TX., Albert (Carolyn) Daniels, Dallas, TX; three sisters, Etra (Arthur) Benson, Oakwood, TX., Mae Nell Jones, Oakwood, TX., Mary Washington, Itasco, TX
