Dorothy M. Watson was born on June 27, 1953 in Crockett, Texas to Charlie Pink and Ludie M. Davis Martin. She was the second of five children.
Dorothy was raised in The Cutt and attended Crockett Public School.
She accepted Christ early in life and united with Anderson Chapel in The Cutt Community as a child. She later joined Faith Tabernacle in Grapeland, Texas.
She married Calvin Watson in Holy Matrimony. This union was blessed with on daughter.
On July 9, 2016 in Crockett, Texas, Dorothy left this earth on the Wings of Angels. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Ludie Martin and brother, L.J. Martin.
Those left to remember many sweet memories are: husband, Calvin Watson; daughter, Felicia Watson (Norris G. Harper); three brothers, Joe Martin (Mary) of Crockett, Texas, Charles Martin (Lois) of Crockett, Texas and Willie Davis of Huntsville, Texas; three sisters, Dottie Martin of Crockett, Texas, Charlene Martin (Joe. L.) Of Crockett, Texas and Percilla Davis of Huntsville, Texas; one grandchild, Shantana Harmon. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
