Earl Lester Simon was born on July 15, 1959 in Crockett, Texas to Harold Daniels, Jr. and Bobbie Simon. He was the first of seven children.

Earl was raised in Crockett, Texas and attended Crockett I.S.D.

He accepted Christ as a child and united with Pine Grove Baptist Church.

Earl joined the United States Army.

On March 13, 2016 in Temple, Texas, Earl left this earth on the Wings of Angels. He was preceded in death by grandparents, LeeRue Simon & Pete Simon; paternal grandmother, Jennie B. Burleson; father in law, Robert McDaniel, mother in law, Marie McDaniel, Uncles, Willie Simon & James Simon, T.J. Randolph, Purcell Daniels; aunts, Lizzie Spearman & Lorraine Walker.
