Esther Lee Causey, age 68 of Fairfield, Texas, formerly of Silas, Alabama, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at her home in Fairfield, Texas

Esther Lee Causey was born on January 2, 1950 in Silas, Alabama to Nathaniel and Carrie (Mitchell) Causey. She was the youngest of 13 children.
Esther was raised in the Shady Grove Community in Silas, Alabama and attended Silas Public School.
She accepted Christ early in life and united with Shady Grove Baptist Church in Silas. She later joined Fairfield Missionary Baptist Church. She served as Pastor Aide and Assistant Secretary of Sunday School.
Esther joined the United States Army and was Honorably Discharged.
On November 12, 2018 in Fairfield, Texas, Esther left this earth on the Wings of Angels. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathaniel and Carrie Causey; siblings, Earnest Causey, Louis Causey, George Causey, Mary Frances Causey, Herbert Causey, Raymond Causey, Clarence Causey, Betty Causey and two in infancy.
Loving survivors: brother, Arrie (Helen) Causey, Mobile, Alabama; sister, Carolyn Causey, Silas, Alabama. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
