Ever Jean Jones Rucker was born on May 8, 1955 in Oakwood, Texas to Emzell and Pauline (Woodard) Jones.  She was the fifth child of 11.

Ever Jean was raised in Oakwood, Texas and graduated from Fairfield High School.  She furthered her education by attending Vocational School receiving her CNA License.

She accepted Christ early in life and united with Pine Top Methodist Church.

Ever Jean married William Rucker in 1973. This union was blessed with five children.

She worked as a homemaker.

On September 1, 2015 in Austin, Texas, Ever Jean left this earth on the Wings of Angels. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emzell and Pauline Jones;  siblings, Willie George Jones, Mildred Diane Jones.
