Obituary for Eziel Strange
Eziel Strange was born on October 5, 1959 in Crockett, Texas, to the parents of Jodie Strange and Elizabeth Ward. He was the seventh of eleven children born to this union.
Eziel was raised in and resided in Crockett, Texas and attended Crockett I.S.D.
He accepted Christ early in life and his church affiliations included Progressive Baptist Church which he was a current member.
Eziel worked as a common laborer in the general workforce.
Eziel passed away at home in Crockett, Texas on December 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jodie and Elizabeth (Ward) Strange and a brother, Lawrence Strange.
Those who will remember sweet memories are:
One daughter, Jennifer Walker, Crockett, Texas; six brothers, Dennis (Marilyn) Strange, Crockett, Texas, Joe Strange, Crockett, Texas, Jodie Lee (Opie) Strange, Jr., Dallas, Texas, Robert (Lucy) Strange, Emerson, Texas, Frank Strange, Oakland, Texas and James (Laverne) Strange, Crockett, Texas; three sisters, Roberta Patterson, Houston, Texas, Diane Dickerson, Crockett, Texas, and Barbara (David) Jones, Crockett, Texas; Sister-in-law, Arthurine Strange; three grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
