Glen Davis was born on July 8, 1934 in Nacogdoches, Texas to Henry
McCallister and Evie (Coleman) Davis. He was the eighth of 12 children.
Glen was affectionately called "B-Baby".
Glen was raised in Nacogdoches and attended Nacogdoches Public School. He
moved to Crockett in 1949.
He accepted Christ early in life and joined Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in
Nacogdoches, Texas. He later became a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in
Crockett, Texas.
Glen left this earth on the Wings of Angels, November 2, 2017 in Crockett. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Evie Davis; Floyd
Davis; siblings, Mildred Berry, Betty Sue Davis, Willie Townson, Doris
Townson, Josephine Watkins, Vera Davis, R.L. Davis, Fred Davis, Dan Davis
and Charles Davis.
Loving survivors: son, John Davis of Houston, Texas; brother, James Henry
Davis of Crockett, Texas; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends.
