Mandy
Coffman
Feb 23, 1978 — Jan 8, 2026
Mandy Michelle Coffman, born February 23, 1978, passed away after a courageous journey with cancer. She faced her diagnosis with strength and an unwavering belief in God's plan, grounded in peace, trust, and purpose. Mandy was born in Tyler, Texas, and spent her childhood in Grand Saline, Texas, where she graduated from Grand Saline High School in 1996. She later made her home in Terrell, Texas, where she built her life and career. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.D. and Marie Warden, and her grandfather, Mancy Coffman. Mandy is survived by her loving husband, Duane Moore; her beloved son, Noah Moore, who was her greatest passion; her parents, Janette and Robert Coffman; her grandmother, Eunice Coffman; and her siblings: Melisia Coffman Foster and her husband Jeffery Foster; G.R. Coffman and his wife Erin Coffman; Lacey Coffman and her husband Charlie White; and Valerie Coffman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, one great-nephew, numerous friends, and extended family members. Mandy and Duane shared a life together for 25 years, building a bond rooted in love, commitment, and unwavering devotion to one another and their family. Mandy was a longtime Walmart employee. She later served as manager of Lifestyle Fitness in Terrell, Texas. Mandy also worked at Terrell State Hospital, where she moved into the role of Human Resources Hiring Coordinator in July 2019. Mandy was a dedicated and hardworking professional, and helping others came naturally to her—it was simply who she was. She was deeply selfless, often putting the needs of others before her own without hesitation or expectation. A woman of deep faith, she trusted fully in God's plan and believed He would heal her, whether on earth or in eternity. Her heart was for the Lord, and she lived as a faithful servant. Though she could be a loving worrywart and a self-proclaimed control freak, her faith anchored her, and she accepted her journey with calm assurance and grace. Her quiet strength, compassion, and unwavering faith left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. Mandy will be remembered for her faith, integrity, and the love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
The family kindly asks for privacy and requests that no visitation take place at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mandy's honor may be made to a cancer organization meaningful to the donor.
