Marguerita (Sheree) Henry was born on January 1, 1976 in Palestine, Texas to David Simmons and Mary Louise Bell.  She was their first child.

Marguerita was raised in Tyler, Texas and attended Robert E. Lee Schools.

She accepted Christ early in life and united with New Jerusalem Baptist Church and later attended New Harmony Baptist Church.

Marguerita was a Certified Nurse's Aide.

On April 5, 2017 in Tyler, Texas, Marguerita left this earth on the Wings of Angels. She was preceded in death by her father, David Earl Simmons; mother, Mary Bell Howard.

Two sons, Chadwick (Lexi) Simmons and Sherodric Henry both of Sherman, Texas; two brothers, Johnathan (Arillia) Simmons of Teague, Texas and David (Stacey) White; three sisters, Samantha Simmons of Tyler, Texas, Clemmie (Craig) Carter of Palestine, Texas and Anita (Carlos) Hagin of Tyler, Texas; aunts, Debra Wiggins  of Houston, Texas, Linda (James) Kennedy, Marilyn Bell of Dallas, Texas, Rhondalan Smith of Dallas, Texas, Gloria Smith, Carolyn (Johnny) Anthony of Palestine, Texas, Karlina (Dale) Allen of Tyler, Texas; uncles, Donnie Simmons, William Smith and James Smith; great aunts, Nancy Anderson of Fort Worth, Texas, Elizabeth Woods, Josie Hopkins of Compton, California; two grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
