Rickey Phinisee was born on July 2, 1969 in Dallas, Texas to Nathaniel Phinisee and Sadie Joe Jefferson. He was the youngest of four children.
Rickey was raised in Dallas, Texas.
On March 20, 2018 in Palestine, Texas, Rickey left this earth on the Wings of Angels. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nathaniel Phinisee and Sadie Joe Jefferson and his twin brother.
Loving survivors: sisters, Yunita Phinisee and Felica Phinisee; loving aunt, Drew Wordlaw; loving cousins, Teresa Wordlaw, Todd Wordlaw, Andy Wordlaw and Rod Wordlaw, a host of nieces, and great nieces.
