Tollie Williams was born June 21, 1946 in Oakwood, Texas to Will and Dorothy Lean Anzely Williams. He was the first of 14 children.

Tollie was raised in Oakwood, Texas and attended Oakwood I.S.D.

He was a Christian.

Tollie worked in construction.

On May 2, 2016 in Tyler, Texas, Tollie left this earth on the Wings of Angels. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Lean and William Owens, Sr.; siblings, Annie Pearl Owens, Dorothy Marie Owens, Ilenza Owens, Ida Marie Owens, Irene Owens and PeCola Owens.

Those left to remember sweet memories are: brothers, William Owens, Jr., Oakwood, Texas, Tyree Woodard, Fort Worth, Texas, Roosevelt Owens and Frank James Owens, both of Oakwood, Texas; sisters, Rose Lee Owens of Oakwood, Texas, Ada Owens, Palestine, Texas and Demond Latrell Owens, Oakwood, Texas; aunts, Mae Nell Jones, Etra Mae Benson, Ruby Anna Watkins and Bonza Simmons; uncle, Lonell Daniels. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
