Undray Savage Sr. was born on October 12, 1956, in Dallas, Texas, to Nathaniel Savage Jr. and Lucille Scruggs Savage. He attended St. Mary's Catholic School and later graduated from Carter High School with the Class of 1974.

Undray worked at the Wal‑Mart Distribution Center #6036. In July of 1980, he married Beverly Savage, and together they welcomed three children.

On April 24, 2026, in Palestine, Texas, Undray departed this earthly life. He is preceded in death by his parents, Nathaniel Savage Jr. and Lucille Scruggs Savage; his sister, Lorraine Savage; and his grandparents.

Undray leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Daniel Brown, Undray Savage Jr., and Michael Savage; his daughters, Undrea Brown, Sabrina Savage, and Shakira Savage; his brothers, Henry Savage, Naim Rasheed (Stacey), and Nathaniel Savage III (Vickie); his sister, Marion Chapell; seventeen grandchildren; two great‑grandchildren; and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
