Vergie Lee Brown was born September 22, 1945 in Drane, TX. to the parentage of Mr. R A and Leona Adams. She was the oldest of 4 siblings. Her husband, Elder Wiilie Brown Sr and her oldest son, Gerald Brown proceeded her in death, along with her parents. Vergie entered into the gates of heaven on August 9, 2020 in Corsicana TX at Navarro Regional Hospital. Vergie leaves to cherish her memory: 3 children, Willie Brown Jr, (Natalie), Terrance Brown (Rosa) and Valorie Horn (Clarence) and 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Two brothers, R A Adams Jr (Shirley), Charles Adams (Nina) and one sister, Denice McDonald.

Visitation will be held at Emanuel Funeral Home on Friday: August 14, 2020 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and the services will be held at Second Mission Baptist Church, August 15, 2020 at 11 a.m.
